The recordings screen is opened from the fly-in menu or dashboard and shows all available recordings for the logged-in attendant. With the playback controls you can play or rewind a recording.

Note that it can take several minutes after call completion before the recordings show up in the list of call recordings due to processing time at the involved systems.

Note: the administrator can configure the number of days for how long the recordings are kept.

Note: call recordings are a licensed feature and is available depending on the system configuration.
