The call history window is opened from the fly-in menu or dashboard and shows recent calls that the attendant received or originated. When the call has been transferred it also shows the name and department of the transfer destination.
The destination can be selected to put it into the active phone number field so that an earlier destination can be easily transferred to again. The status field can have the following values:
