We've introduced native call recording for Microsoft Teams calls within Connecsy. Recordings are automatically captured and stored and can be accessed at any time through the admin panel. This gives organizations a reliable way to review conversations and maintain records without any additional steps from end users.

The entire process runs in the background, keeping the experience consistent and uninterrupted.
