Connecsy can now handle calls entirely without the Microsoft Teams client. Users no longer need to interact with Teams to make or receive calls. Everything is managed directly within Connecsy. This removes the need to switch between applications and simplifies the overall calling workflow.
Both the new WebRTC method and the existing connection approach remain fully supported, with the possibility to switch between them.
