We’ve made it easier to visually identify your contacts!
By default, contact avatars are now automatically generated using the initials of the person’s first and last name, or the first letter of the company name.
Now you can override these defaults by uploading custom profile images through the Entra ID import process.
What is this functionality for?
This feature makes contact avatars more recognizable and consistent by default, while still allowing flexibility to use custom images when needed.
