The browser-based Connecsy for Teams allows users to become automatically available to colleagues in Teams if there are no incoming calls in to Connecsy.
Download and install the Pridis Desktop Integrator tool, this tool can be downloaded from https://files.pridis.com/downloads/Pridis.DesktopIntegrator.Setup.zip
After the installation login to Connecsy client andenable the option “Control Microsoft Teams windows when handling calls” in your client settings.
