We are excited to introduce a new feature in Connecsy for RingCentral platforms: Voicemail Transfer.

Call transfer, the act of redirecting a call from one extension to another, is a key functionality within Connecsy. In specific cases, the attendant may need to transfer the caller directly to the voicemail of a person or group. To streamline this process, we have added a dedicated Voicemail button to the workspace and contact number selection interface.

This new button allows attendants to transfer callers directly to the voicemail of the selected contact, enhancing efficiency and improving caller experience.
