We've introduced a new feature that allows users to set the Caller ID for outbound calls directly from their workspace.
This functionality is accessible within the workspace settings and is closely linked to the "By Phone" feature in the RingCentral Portal.
- Now you can choose the phone number for external outbound calls;
- You can use hidden (blocked) phone number for external outbound calls.
