2-3-2024: Connecsy | Caller ID Configuration for Outbound Calls within RingCentral

Addition for RingCentral-based platforms.
We've introduced a new feature that allows users to set the Caller ID for outbound calls directly from their workspace.

  • Now you can choose the phone number for external outbound calls;
  • You can use hidden (blocked) phone number for external outbound calls.

This functionality is accessible within the workspace settings and is closely linked to the "By Phone" feature in the RingCentral Portal.
With this update, users can specify the Caller ID information displayed when making external calls, providing greater flexibility and customization options.

It's important to note that this update may affect the primary Caller ID previously in use. Users can manage and set the primary phone number via the RingCentral portal to ensure consistent Caller ID settings.
